How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size color etc., if applicable.
  • Once you are done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • Once you are done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, read the terms and conditions, click accept and confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

  • Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
  • You will receive another email once we finished processing your order. All you have to do now is to sit back, relax, and wait for your amazing product(s) to arrive at your doorstep.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • To find out the status of your order, simply click on ‘Track Order’ on the top right, type in your order ID and the email you used during checkout. Then click “Track” to check your order status.
  • In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in delivering your order, you will immediately receive an update from us with reasons and the revised delivery timelines.
  • If there are any other issues or if you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at contact@lejumbo.com, we will see what we can do to help.

What is COD payment method?

  • The COD payment methods means “Cash on Delivery”. Therefore, you pay upon receiving your product(s)

Are there any hidden charges?

  • There are completely NO hidden charges for any product. What you see is what you pay upon delivering your product(s)

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 1-3 business days. However, products coming from abroad like Dubai, China etc. might take up to 7 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary depending upon the delivery address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Return and Exchange Policy

What are the terms of the return and exchange policy?

  • Our refund policy is 7 Days. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item or product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should likewise be in the original packaging.
  • A few sorts of products are exempted from being returned. Decomposable goods such as food, blooms cannot be returned. We likewise do not accept goods that are personal or sterile products, unsafe materials, or inflammable fluids or gases.
  • To finish your return, we require a receipt or evidence of purchase.

How does return and exchange policy work?

  • Pick up: In most locations, we offer pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  • Self-Ship: If we do not offer a pick up at your location, we request you to send or bring the product to us.

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  • Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you regarding the approval or refusal of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will refund you your money.

Miscellaneous

Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?

  • You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails after registering with us. In case you do not want to receive these, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.

What to do if I forget my password?

  • You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

  • Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

  • You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
